Data Retention Schedule

This schedule describes default retention periods. Customers may configure longer or shorter periods per data type, subject to legal minimums.
Account data
Retained for the life of the subscription plus 90 days after termination, then permanently deleted.
Operational data (schedules, tasks)
Retained 7 years to support payroll audit and compliance review. Configurable.
Audit logs
Retained 7 years; tamper-evident.
Communication logs
Retained 2 years by default.
Backups
Daily encrypted backups; retained 35 days.
