Data Retention Schedule

This schedule describes default retention periods for the FoxtINN product. Customers may configure longer or shorter periods per data type where the product allows, subject to legal minimums and the BAA where applicable.
Account data
Retained for the life of the subscription plus 90 days after termination, then deleted or anonymized, except where longer retention is required by law or unresolved disputes.
Operational data (schedules, tasks)
Retained 7 years by default to support payroll audit and compliance review. Configurable where offered.
Audit logs
Retained 7 years; designed to be tamper-evident.
Communication logs
Retained 2 years by default.
Backups
Daily encrypted backups; retained approximately 35 days.
Marketing site inquiries
Contact and demo form submissions retained as needed to fulfill the request and for reasonable business records, then deleted or minimized.
