Terms of Service

This document describes how FoxtINN, Inc. ("FoxtINN," "we," "us") handles terms of service matters. It is provided for transparency; if you have questions, contact hello@foxtcon.com.
Acceptance
By using FoxtINN, you agree to these Terms and the documents incorporated by reference (Privacy Policy, AUP, DPA where applicable).
Subscription & payment
Plans are billed monthly or annually. Pro plans renew automatically; you may cancel any time. Portfolio and White Glove plans are annual with 60 days non-renewal notice.
Service availability
Portfolio customers receive a 99.9% uptime SLA. Pro is provided on a commercially reasonable basis. See SLA.
Intellectual property
FoxtINN owns all software and documentation. You retain ownership of Customer Data.
Confidentiality
Each party agrees to protect the other's Confidential Information using reasonable measures.
Limitation of liability
Liability is capped at amounts paid in the prior twelve months, except for indemnification obligations and gross negligence.
Governing law
Delaware, USA. Disputes resolved in the State or Federal courts of Delaware.
