End User License Agreement

This document describes how FoxtINN, Inc. ("FoxtINN," "we," "us") handles end user license agreement matters. It is provided for transparency and is not legal advice. If you have questions, contact hello@foxtcon.com.
License grant
FoxtINN grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the application solely for your organization's internal operations under a valid subscription.
Restrictions
You may not reverse engineer, decompile, copy, distribute, sublicense, scrape, or use the application to build a competing product, except to the extent such restriction is prohibited by law.
Updates
FoxtINN may release updates to add features, fix bugs, or address security. Updates are governed by this EULA and the Terms of Service.
Termination
This license terminates if you breach these terms or if your organization's subscription ends. On termination you must stop using the application.
Limitation of liability
Liability under this EULA is subject to the same caps and exclusions as the Terms of Service.
Governing law
Delaware law; venue as stated in the Terms of Service.
