FoxtINN offers HIPAA-oriented architecture and a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) for eligible clinic, dental, and senior-living customers who will process Protected Health Information (PHI). "HIPAA-ready" on this site means we can support a BAA and apply elevated controls · it is not a government certification or a guarantee that every deployment is covered without a signed BAA and correct configuration.
BAA required before PHI
We execute a BAA before you should introduce PHI into FoxtINN. Contact hello@foxtcon.com. Do not upload PHI until a BAA is in place and your workspace is configured for it.
PHI isolation
Where PHI processing is in scope under a BAA, PHI is handled with elevated isolation and access controls relative to general operational data.
Workforce training
FoxtINN personnel with potential PHI access complete periodic HIPAA awareness training.
Audit logs
Audit logs for covered environments are retained consistent with contractual and HIPAA recordkeeping expectations described in the BAA and Data Retention Schedule.
